"There is good reason this seller is a "star seller" and it’s not only because the work is superior by far. It’s also- and maybe more importantly- because of the customer service. Wow. It seems this has become a rarity. I broke my chain almost a year after purchase (my fingers have battled chains my entire life so I think this chain had enough of me). I figured I’d get no response but decided to try reaching out to the seller for help regardless. And they responded the SAME day!! And they responded with nothing but care to help me. While keeping the same stone (rose quartz) I’d already become attached to, they attached a new chain and promptly sent my necklace back to me. It’s beautiful!
